How best to capture selection of a listitem using TouchScrollBehavior?

Many thanks for this behavior, the TouchScrollBehavior works well when flicking through a scrollable ListBox.

However, when it comes to selecting an actual item in the list to navigate to another screen, SelectionChanged doesn't work.

SelectionChanged in a ListBox gets fired as soon as you touch down or mouse down on an item, which means it also gets triggered when starting a swipe/flick scroll.

How do you recomend capturing an item selection when using your TouchScrollBehavior ? Presumably mouseUp would always get fired after a flick gesture, which also wouldn't be desired.
